Through the KCYM advancing with the slogan of "Renewing the world through the parish," it is possible to form young people with a spirit of prayer, congregationalism, willingness to sacrifice, a sense of justice, and Christian courage. This organization takes the initiative to bring together the youth studying and working in states outside Kerala and help them by understanding their problems.KCYM is an organization that helps the youth, who are the wealth and hope of the church and society, to grow in Christian spirit. This organization aims to bring to fruition the faith placed in young people by the Second Vatican Council and the Church's hope for them. Through these organization, young people are introduced to grow up in Messiah, the light of the world, and to live and work in identification with the Church, which is the body of Messiah.

The circle is a symbol of the universe. The lower lines within the circle indicate the hands of the young man and the young woman. The 'V' shape refers to an open Bible. The flame emanating from the open Bible signifies Christ, the Church, and the prophetic mission of the youth. Through Yuvadeepti KCYM, the message and life of the Word will shine forth in the universe and conquer evil and give life to the world.
